Ours was the second wedding I have seen them play and at both weddings people constantly commented on how good they were. “Just a quick note to say thanks for not letting me down at Prestwold Hall. Saw you play at my best mates wedding and recomended you to my brother-in-law for his wedding. Everyone commented on "THE BAND" the next day and how tired they all were after not been able to stop dancing all night! The old man was well chuffed after playing route 66 with you guys. “Hi Rebecca, Thanks for the email. We had a fantastic day on Saturday and Hipster were brilliant. The dancefloor was packed all night and even the non-dancers stuck to the bar said they were great! After chatting to the owners of the venue the next day, they commented on how professional and friendly they were and that they were probably the best band they'd had peform at the venue so far this year. Personally, Glen and I really enjoyed the evening and they certainly lived up to all the good reviews on the website. Please say thank you to Hipster on our behalf. Regards Jo”

“Dear Mary, Apart from us running an hour late, when Hipster got on the stage and started playing, the dance floor was packed at all times. What a great talent for them to be able to do that. They pitched it perfectly and I have since had many comments about how fantastic the band was and how did you hear about them. I work for the BBC and was speaking to a licensee who said; 'I can't believe you had Hipster - I heard them at a Toyfair dinner in Jan 2006 and they were so good that I thought when I get married I would love them to play. Once we got engaged they were the first thing I tried to book and I was gutted they were booked up a year ahead. We booked another band from Alive Network in the end, hope they will be good...' The moment everyone got in a circle around us and sang 'I love you baby' was a great moment for us! Everything went perfectly, Mary, so thank you for helping out with this, Best Wishes, Iona”
