Raise the Roof are a high energy party band consisting of; guitarist: Matt, drummer: Kev and bass player: Simon. All members can sing and are proud to provide a high energy, interactive performance to get you and your guests dancing, singing and raising the roof all night long.
Playing rock, pop, indie and funk party classics from artists such as Queen, The Killers, Maroon 5, The Beatles, Oasis, The Jam, Stevie Wonder, Bon Jovi, Kings of Leon, Walk the Moon, Blink 182 and many more this band will have you and your guests crying out for more!
Raise the Roof are polite and approachable musicians who have years of experience performing at events all over the UK and abroad. So far their careers have seen them perform on stage with celebrity comedian Tim Vine, alongside Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills and at prestigious venues such as the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai and Enville Hall to name a few.
Previous clients include Marks & Spencer, Shrewsbury Town Football Club, Talent in Logistics, Shrewsbury Rugby Club, Telford United Football Club, Clutton Homes, Harvester Restaurant, PGL, Shropshire Council, TIA Wheels and many others.
Although the main band is a 3 piece male outfit we also have an amazing Female Singer who can be added for an additional charge. Need a DJ? - Well look no further as we've got you covered with a fantastic female DJ that will take requests and provide interactive entertainment prior to, in between and following the Band's sets. The DJ can also be added to your package for an additional fee.
Raise the Roof offer the following services as standard when you book them:
- 2 x 60 Minute Sets plus encores
- Party Music provided before, in between and after their sets up until midnight
- The bands professional lighting to create a great ambiance at your event.
- Band can make any announcements over their PA system for example: Cutting of the cake, First Dance or last orders at the bar!
Additional services are also available, from a female lead vocalist, Professional DJ, after midnight finishes, acoustic sets, a party photographer and more! Please see booking options for more details.
Please note:
- Raise The Roof are able to provide an electric drum-kit making them a great choice for venues with sound limiters and volume restrictions.
- As of 2019 Raise The Roof have a new bass player (as featured in their promotional pictures, audio and new promotional video). The band’s 2nd video features their old bassist, who no longer performs with the band. The overall sound and style of the band remains the same...but better!
