Latino Duo are a flute and guitar duo, formed by Veronica (Flute) and Sylvain (Guitar).
Performing live background music from a relaxing and warm repertoire, Latino Duo are the perfect choice for your wedding, cocktail party, afternoon tea, hotel lounge, garden party, corporate event, private function and more.
Their repertoire, which is mainly influenced by South American composers (Piazzola, Pujol, Machado...), will be the perfect touch to create a smooth and pleasant atmosphere at your special event.
Previous Experience
Veronica (Flute) and Sylvain (Guitar) developed their musical talents at an early age. Both of the duo have a solid classical background, thanks to the help of virtuoso teachers and world renowned Masters (Alberto Ponce, Roberto Aussel, Leo Brouwer). From these musical experts Latino Duo gained the desire to perform live and make a career in the music industry.
Veronica has experience performing as a Flute & Piccolo soloist in different Symphonic and Harmonic orchestras as well as in a jazz band. She has performed throughout the UK, France and Germany.
Sylvain has performed in duet and quartet guitar ensembles. He was also a guitar soloist at the Paris Guitar Orchestra. In 2000, Sylvain was the award winner of the Paris’ International Guitar Competition!
