Brigata Swing are a young, talented and versatile Anglo-Italian Jazz Quintet, bringing you a taste of the 'Dolce Vita' with their modern twist on vintage, classic Italian songs, gypsy-jazz, swing and jazz standards in English and Italian.
They have perfomed at a number of prestigious venues in the UK including (Verdi’s at the Albert Hall, Royal College of Art, The Dorchester Hotel, The Royal Horseguards Hotel, One Marylebone, The St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, The Shangrila at the Shard).
They regularly perfom abroad at weddings, special events and jazz festivals, including Verona, Agrigento, Florence, Lake Garda, Pisa, Gallipoli and Catania. They also perfomed at jazz festival in Perelik in Bulgaria and a week residency at the 5* Albergo delle Rose in Rhodes, Greece.
Let the band take you on a Vespa ride back to retro bella Italia with a mix of Italian swing favourites like 'Volare' and 'That’s Amore' intertwined with rustic Roman Stornelli, romantic Neapolitan ballads, enticing bossa nova and samba rhythms along with foot-tapping rock n' roll and boogie-woogie.
