"Tropicalicious" Stage Show Production
This line-up includes a full LIVE band, dancers and female Brazilian vocalist dancer. This format can be extended from 8-9 piece up to 20 people to perform in greater productions.

This spectacular Show will definitely bring the WOW factor at your event featuring a display of beautiful original costumes, colourful feathers, 3-4 outfit changes and shiny sequined dresses throughout.

Brazilian lead vocalist dancer Vanessa fronts the Tropicalicious Show, supported by her vocalist/dancers. They sing comfortably in Portuguese, Spanish and English as they dance, fully choreographed, traditional Latin & Brazilian grooves to such mesmerising effect that the audience are given a taste of what the Rio de Janeiro Carnival or Havana de Cuba club scene has to offer.

Our standard performance includes up to 2 hours of entertainment with stage Show, Latin Brazilian dance floor Entertainment with audience participation and background music set with smooth Latin Jazz and Brazilian bossa nova. You can mix up these performances as they can be adjusted to suit client’s individual requirements. A Brazilian Capoeira Show can also be integrated within this performance.

Tropicalia’s Dancers and Singer performing to Backing tracks
For small events or simply for lack of space or tight schedule, a valid alternative can be to hire our dance group and female Brazilian vocalist dancer performing to backing tracks. Although we always recommend this line-up, you can also choose to book the dancers without the singer.

Our gorgeous dancers & singer will carry a feeling of elegance and prestige providing a very energetic performance with a modern twist featuring spectacular costumes and choreographed routines which will dazzle your guests getting everyone off their feet into the dance floor! The show will give the audience an authentic taste of the Latin & Brazilian dance experience including Samba, Salsa, Cha Cha, Lambada, Axe’ and much more!

When you book the line-up with the vocalist dancer, she will also entertain the audience singing.

Up tempo Latin & Brazilian songs as well as Latin pop and contemporary charts to quality backing tracks. Besides, the dancers can run a short basic steps dance workshop for your guests to join the dancers in their routine. Be assured that they will create an exciting party time!

In addition, the singer can also perform a background music set featuring a classy repertoire of smooth Latin jazz and Brazilian bossa nova. This would be ideal for wedding reception or to delight your guest while dining.

A Capoeira Show can also be included within this performance.

Latin Brazilian Party Band
Our established band features an international line-up of skilled and versatile professional musicians and singer completely dedicated to deliver the best performance on stage to impress. The band is fronted by  our Brazilian female vocalist singing comfortably in Portuguese, Spanish and English.

This Band can fill any moment of your event whether it being a relaxing or exciting time. For your wedding reception or simply to please your guests while dining, indulge yourself and impress the guests as they will perform a background music set list of a classy and sophisticated repertoire of smooth Latin jazz and Brazilian Bossa Nova.

For your after dinner party entertainment Tropicalia Party Band will provide a sparkling and energetic lively performance presenting a well-assorted selection of hot Latin and Brazilian up tempo grooves such as samba, salsa, cha cha, rumba, lambada, samba-reggae also including Latin pop and contemporary charts by G. Estefan, R. Martin, Sade, Mojo, M. Buble’, Beyonce, Santana, J. Lopez, Pink Martini, J. Hudson, K. Rowland to name but a few. A wide repertoire of different styles will guarantee that the dance floor will stay packed all night! The passion and fun of the band on stage are reflected by the happiness, participation and celebration of the audience.

The line-up includes 5 musicians on piano, bass guitar, drums, percussion, guitar and female Brazilian singer. The band can also be booked as 8-9 piece with full brass section and extra percussionist.

Rio de Janeiro Carnival - Batucada
If you are looking for strictly Brazilian entertainment extravaganza, we recommend booking our 100% Brazilian ensemble.

Tropicalia Samba Show can re-create the sensual rhythms of Brazil giving the audience a unique taste of the Rio de Janeiro Carnival with an explosive mixture of Samba drumming and dancing. Beautiful dancers in shimmering bikinis and colourful feathers alongside the drummers will provide a fascinating and stylish Show making a massive impact on your event.

You are assured that your guests will quickly follow, experiencing samba themselves on the dance floor!

We have a wide range of costumes to suit any type of event including a more conservative one. Length of performance may vary depending on your requirements. The Rio de Janeiro Carnival is suitable for corporate, wedding receptions, guest appearances, parades, galas, festivals and promotions. A Capoeira Show can also be included within this performance.

Capoeira Show
Brazilians call Capoeira a game. Capoeira is "played", not fought. This 400 years old martial arts consists of a highly acrobatic, energetic and difficult to master stylized dance. The performance consists in 2 or more "players" dance fighting to music. They engage in a style of dance-like-fighting that includes simulated feints, flips, sweeps, kicks and other strikes without actually touching or hit the other fighter. The purpose is not to physically beat the opponent but to find power and energy within yourself and flow with the music being played.  This show can be booked separately or incorporated within any of our shows.

Smooth Latin Jazz & Bossa Nova Band
Tropicalia can offer our Latin Jazz band in different formats. They are suitable for various concepts i.e. Jazz club, festival, wedding reception, hotel lounge and background dining music set. The members of the band are highly experienced and skilled musicians who have worked extensively throughout the world. The quartet line-up includes piano, bass guitar, drums and female Brazilian singer. It can be extended to a quintet adding a percussionist or even to a sextet with a trumpet or guitar player. You can also opt for a piano & vocal duo. Our band has been embraced by Jazz aficionados for the quality of their performance and expansive Latin jazz repertoire which includes a creative blend of Afro Cuban-Brazilian grooves seasoned and enforced with traditional and original melodies. Also featuring the finest selection of Brazilian music by Airto Moreira, Ellis Regina, Tania Maria, Tom Jobim, Djavan, Vinicius de Moraes, Joao Bosco to name but a few. For those who prefer a quiet night of romanticism, melancholy and easy listening or a vibrant and groovy Jazz event we definitely can suggest this line up.
