Tropical Steel is a professional steel band collective comprised of some of the finest pan players in the UK today.
Available either as a fully-instrumental and unplugged acoustic act or as a vocally-led amplified one they will always try to play the right material for you at the right volume whether there are two or twenty members in the band at your event.
Together for the last sixteen years now they have an excellent track record in the broad variety of work that they have done. Aside from top five star hotels like the Dorchester and Park Lane Hilton they have successfully played for private parties weddings college balls, company launches, festivals and countless Caribbean theme nights in that time.
Their reputation has been further enhanced by impressive television work over the last few years as well as a busy touring schedule that has seen them perform in Europe, Africa and Asia.

"Morning Graham – thank you very much, yes we were very pleased with the whole event and Tropical Steel did a super job – the sound was exactly right (and fortunately the sun was still shining at that time!), it was not too intrusive but helped to create a really nice summery atmosphere.

"Alive Network (and in particular Rebecca Corneby) could not have been more helpful, accomodating and knowledgable. They handled all the music for our wedding. All of them were incredible, but a special mention has to go to the steel band. They were prompt, professional and above all HUGELY entertaining.
