As a four piece all male party band The Kicks are on a mission to bring you rock and pop’s best with unrivalled energy and passion. Their extensive repertoire includes some of the 90's and 00’s biggest hits and a set that ranges from the authentic sounds of the sixties right through to modern day classics. Having played for clients as prestigious as O2 ITV and Ben Sherman The Kicks will provide a professional show for any event with world-class musicianship and attitude as standard.

What they do
The Kicks play the biggest rock and pop hits that keep the dance floor filled from the first note until the final encore. Their show has been carefully crafted for both weddings and corporate functions with years of tweaking to ensure that you and your guests get the best party band around. Ranging from rocked up versions of classics such as “Satisfaction” to a faithful recreation of Kings of Leon’s “Sex on Fire” the Kicks know how to get everyone on the dance floor and keep them there for the night.

Acoustic Set
The Kicks perform up to 2 x 30 minutes of acoustic tracks, perfect for afternoon performances, drinks receptions or dinner entertainment.

The acoustic sessions include 2 acoustic guitars, percussion, bass & 4 part-harmonies so you can expect laid back, BBC Radio 1 'live lounge' style versions of Champagne Supernova - Oasis, I'm Yours - Jason Mraz, Lola - The Kinks and much more!

Whether you’d like to see them suited and booted playing timeless classics or dressed down and dirty for a noughties indie rock set The Kicks will pull it off with style and confidence. The band features the talents of four experienced professional musicians and is ideal for all high quality events:

The Kicks are flexible in their setup and timings throughout the night and can tailor the evening to suit your event. The show can be formatted in the following ways depending on your preference:

2X45 minute sets
2X60 minute sets
3X40 minute sets

Music between sets to keep the party swinging comes as standard and a DJ option is available for those looking for the more personal touch. A member of the band will take on the mic and laptop decks system to bring you a fantastic mix of party music from across the last five decades taking requests for a more involved experience.

Top Class Equipment
The kicks play through a 4kw DB Technologies/Allen and Heath PA system suitable for up to 400 people. Featuring a full band mic up and a 4-way in-ear monitoring system for quiet stage sound and personalised band monitoring you’ll get a sound with clarity and punch a cut above the standard. The pro lighting rig includes 4 par cam coloured spots 2 prolight impossibled LED scanners to light dance-floor a Chauvet Fusion lighting effect and scanner and a Chauvet Honeycombe lighting effect to give you the complete visual and sonic experience.

For sound restricted venues:
Got a sound limiter? No problem. The PA system is scalable meaning we can adapt to any venue. State of the art flagship Roland TD20K electronic drums allowing great authentic sounding drums at an entirely controllable volume. Tie this in with in-ear monitoring and you have a perfectly controllable band sound set-up suitable for even the quietest of settings FREE OF CHARGE!
