All of our guests have commented on how lively and entertaining the music was and what a great party they had. The quality and variety of songs was excellent and you were all so professional. You had all the guests up and dancing throughout the night!!

Description of their music: The quintet are able to provide music ranging from jazz to blues, soul and funk. They are completely flexible with their line-up to suit the client’s requirements. For example they can provide background music during a dinner and an upbeat set for an evening function.
Previous experience of members: All members have studied music to a high degree level at Leeds College of Music. Each member is in demand in their own right and regularly gig across the north of England.

"We just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and the band for making last night so amazingly atmospheric and fun.
We loved the transition from smooth jazz to funk as the evening progressed, and we had a fantastic time dancing.
Also hugely impressed by your sound man and the balance he achieved.

"The Groove Smiths performed in the Clocktower restaurant as part of the Harrogate international Festival.
From the 15 bands that performed during the summer of 2009, the Groove Smiths was definitely one of the best. They created a lively buzzing atmosphere which our guests loved!
After their first performance we have invited them back to perform for us on a regular basis. We will also be recommending them for events in our banqueting rooms""
