Introducing The Dollars… A 4-piece all male band based in the Nottinghamshire area.

What Have They Done Before?
Since forming in 2007, highly skilled and versatile musicians The Dollars, have gained extensive experience when it comes to performing on stage. Specialising in weddings, private parties and corporate events, The Dollars are the perfect choice for any event.

What Sort Of Music They Play?
Their shows are lively, exciting and varied to suit every guest. Their set list is suitable for all tastes; anything from classic artists like The Beatles, The Kinks and Rolling Stones right up to modern bands Kings of Leon, Arctic Monkeys and The Killers …plus many more (see set list).

What Will The Band Look Like?
The Dollars always dress appropriately for the occasion. For weddings and corporate events they can dress formally, suited and booted, and for less formal events The Dollars can dress more casually if you prefer. Just specify your needs to your booking agent.

Your Event?
The Dollars live sets can be performed as 2 x 45 minutes, 2 x 60 minutes or 3 x 40 minutes. The band will be flexible on the night to adapt to your event.

The band can also provide music between sets so there is no break once the party has started. If you’d prefer, The Dollars can provide a DJ service which includes:

* Manned laptop with large selection of popular songs
* DJ software that allows seamless track play
* Requests taken
* Basic announcements made over the mic

The Dollars are a 4 piece band and preferably need a stage space of 5 x 4 metres but will accommodate whatever space is available. They are also more than happy to adjust volume levels to suit your venues requirements.

Superior Equipment
The Dollars always bring a top spec, top sounding 3.5k RCF PA system along to every show, suitable for up to 300-400 guests. They also have their own self contained lighting system of; 8 x LED par cans to light the stage and 4 x 360° multi-coloured moving heads to cover the dance floor. Both lighting systems operate sound-to-light and provide full built in dynamic shows for an enhanced visual experience.

In addition to this, other pro equipment they use includes Shure and Sennheiser vocal/instrument mics, wireless in-ear monitors for each band member (for minimal stage noise), Gibson, Fender, PRS, Warrick and Taylor guitars, a Pearl Masters drum kit, Marshall and Ashdown valve amplification. Ensuring sound quality is second to none, everything is connected to a 16 Channel Allen & Heath Mixing desk for a crisp, high quality and powerful sound with plenty of control. Sound quality is further enhanced by running vocals and instruments through Drawmer compressors/noise gates and a Yamaha 32 band EQ. The band have invested heavily to ensure you get the best possible tone at your event.

The Sessions Acoustic Duo
The Sessions Acoustic Duo (available independently here) can perform a laid back acoustic set to create a chilled atmosphere, perfect for drinks receptions or during dinner.

The Sessions are a popular acoustic duo in their own right. When booked independently, prices start from £527 however, book The Sessions alongside The Dollars for a greatly reduced price of £321.

The Sessions perform for 2 x 30 minutes. Their standard arrival time is 4pm. Should you need them to arrive any earlier, then a early arrival fee will be charged.
