Founded in 2004, our aerial dance group is a combined arts company fusing aerial circus, and dance theatre to create highly visual evocative work.
 
Working across both the theatre and corporate entertainment world, they perform nationally and internationally using only highly skilled aerial dance artists, to create sophisticated and elegant high impact performances.
 
Their finely crafted choreography inhabits both the ground and air, enabling them to create longer performances, which has become part of their trademark of quality and excellence.

An evenings entertainment
The company can design and provide a whole evenings entertainment/ cabaret for you within your budget including aerial acts, acrobalance, aerial champagne pouring and stilt walking. Enabling you to get more for your money, reducing the number of companies you need to employ.

Your event
Acts can be tailored to suit an event with reasonable prep time and costume budget if necessary. Acts can also incorporate ground based dance if your venue can accommodate. Bespoke costumes can be made and they can even work with your colour schemes with up to 15 colours of aerial silk equipment available. Ask for more information.

Technical Requirements & Rigging
The artists will require the room to be a minimum of 5.5m high. Having rigging already in place is ideal. They can work with beams or metal girders or re-inforced hooks (similar to those used for chandeliers) and all must accommodate a 1/2 ton safe working load. They will also need access to the top via a ladder or cherry picker.

The Aerial Dance Artist can provide a free standing aerial rig if requested. The rig height is adjustable to 3.5m, 4.5m and 5.5m and will require two people for set up. The free standing rig is suitable for solo & duet performances. Extra charges do apply (see booking options for details).

Each height will dictate aerial choreography so for larger productions and group pieces client will need to supply a larger truss rig if no in house rigging exists. Specs to be confirmed by the artist.

Please note; If venue has own rig points, the artist's optimum height would be 5.5m or above athough there may be some scope for shorter venues. However, if The Aerial Dance Artist provide own free standing rig, there will have to be some clearance above the rig height e.g. half a meter above each setting stated.

Lights will need to provided, can work with what the event has, but would be great to speak to the light designer before the event if possible to discuss options; PA will need to be provided for aerial acts. CD format.
