Can't thank you enough for putting us in touch with the Space Boys.....they were better than we could ever have wished for so many people came to us throughout the night asking who they were and that they were one of the best bands they had ever heard. (Not to mention the fact that they had a few female secret admirers!!)

Nick and the band went beyond the call of duty and were more than accommodating from the off-set....their set list was excellent, they adapted it to suit the audience and mood, they got the whole venue ROCKING and shouting for them to ENCORE....my personal favorite was the rendition with their backing singers of Mustang Sally!!!!!!!! Nick knows who they are!!!!

But can't thank you enough...we will always recommend The Space Boys to anyone, and our venue have made a note of them for whenever they need to book a band for a party in the future....they made our party for us and for that we will are so very grateful.

Space Boys Band Biography

The Space Boys are a four-piece multi-talented band based in London. They play a vast repertoire of material from the 60’s – present day that allows them to adapt to any given scenario. The band has something for everyone with a multitude of old favourites for all ages, tastes and events. As individual characters, musicians and performers, each member is unique and immensely talented in their own right but brought together, the fusion that is the Space Boys, comes alive.

The Space Boys were formed in 2000 and consist of:
Nick Haswell – vocals / guitar
Steve Haswell – vocals / keyboards
Vinzenz Benjamin – vocals / Bass
Philipp G – drums

If you want loud and lively, the Space Boys will get you up dancing, creating a party atmosphere.
If you just want to listen or have them play in the background, they will set the ambience.
Whatever you want they have the material and experience to cater to your needs.
The above factors contribute in making the Space Boys one of the most in demand cover bands in the U.K.

Twin brothers Nick and Steve Haswell have been writing and performing music together for many years. Three years ago, they decided to expand their set-up from duo to band and create the 'ultimate cover band'.

Nick and Steve have both played lead roles in London's West End; Nick played Danny and Kenickie in Grease at the Cambridge Theatre and Eddie in Mamma Mia ( original cast ) at the Prince Edward Theatre and Steve played Joey and Double J in Saturday Night Fever
(Original cast) at the London Palladium.

The brothers were signed to Mercury records and completed a European arena tour, in their own band, performing in front of 15,000 – 20,000 people a night. They also appeared as featured singers for three years on the main stage at the Clothes Show Live at the N.E.C. in Birmingham. Nick and Steve also work as session singers, working with the likes of music producer, Jon Douglas (George Michael, Kylie Minogue and the All Saints). Typical entertainers, they just love to perform.

The Space Boys have performed at some of the most prestigious venues all over the country:

Millennium Stadium, Cardiff – Red Dragon F.M, performing to 15,000 people, aired live on radio.
Labour Party Conference 2005 – Grand Hotel, Brighton.
European Arena Tour – performing to 15,000 – 20,000 nightly.

Ian and I have been meaning to get in touch with Simon to thank him and the whole of the Oscar Bernhardt Ensemble for a FANTASTIC job. They really made our night - professional, charming and brilliant, brilliant music. Everyone commented on how good they were - and one couple I know has already booked them for their wedding next year. I can't speak highly enough of them - our photos have finally come through and it's lovely to see how many of our family and friends are smiling and dancing to the music - many of them people I never expected to see up on the dance floor! If you can pass this on to the band and/or use it on the website, please do.

We will definitely want them back for our anniversaries.
