Everyone loved the band and we thought Russell Shaun was great. Couldn't
have hoped for anything more.

With swing music literally coursing through his veins (Russell is the son of an ex B.B.C. big band recording artist) he grew up with the sounds of Frank Sinatra Dean Martin Tony Bennett and Nat King Cole filling the air and so it came as no surprise that he followed in his father's footsteps and he has carved out a successful career performing across the UK and Europe.
With clients such as Ferrari Bentley and Jaguar amongst many other blue chip companies having him perform at corporate events along with private parties for David Beckham and many other celebrities his talent has remained in great demand.
Russell was also chosen to sing at the wedding of England and Manchester Utd footballer Wes Brown and his performance was highlighted in OK Magazine.
Recent television appearances including the hit reality show "four weddings" along with guest artist slots on Granada daytime TV have raised Russell’s profile even higher making him one of the most sought after performers around.
As well as remaining faithful to the ‘crooners’ of the past Russell’s repertoire includes many songs from the Robbie Williams swing album and also new tracks performed by Michael Buble such as Home Everything Lost Haven't Met You Yet and Hold on.

Just a quick note to say that Russell Shaun was fab!!!
He really got our wedding off to a flying start he even had the groom on the dance floor all night and that is an achievement!!
Really nice guy, knew had to up the dance tempo when necessary and slow it right down for the romantic bits, could not thank you enough honestly thanks

"The band was all we anticipated them being. Russ Shaun was as good as the website snapshots to his performance on the day. Our guests couldn’t stop saying how great the band was and what a good choice we had made. He kept everyone dancing all night and made the evening very special.

I've been away for a few days so sorry for the delay in replying.
What can I say but "WOW" it was an amazing night and Russell was Fantastic. In fact my mum wants to adopt him!!! The band were so amazing and everyone had a superb time. Im trying to write something that doesn't have too many amazing's or fantastic’s in it but that’s what they were. I would highly recommend them to anyone and hope they enjoyed the Fish & Chips.

"hi paul....ABSOLUTLEY FANTASTIC!!! Just wish I could have a party every week, would book them again and again. We all enjoyed every minute of it. I would like to thank you for making the booking easy and very quick, in your contact with me. If anyone would ever like a reccomendation for Russell and his band i would be only too glad, he made the evening and was so curtious and polite.
Thankyou and my greatest thanks to Russell and his band. 10 out of 10!!!! Dean martin or Frank wouldnt have been able to do any better!!! (and that was from my grandma)

"Thanks for the follow up - thanks for the congratulations. I have to say that I was impressed with Tony when I spoke to him to arrange the booking - very nice guy to deal with, and I received a phone call the same day from Russell, to organise things - great so far, and then when he turned up, set up his stuff, had a minute or so with me, and then when all of the guests arrived in the room, he did his stuff, all night, just a fantastic entertainer, just excellent in every way, and it really was him that made the atmosphere in the room how it was, and he stayed and played some music for us too - it was the best money we spent on the whole wedding! 5 stars!!
If anyone needs some class and sophistication injected into their wedding - see Russell. Perfectly professional, and a fantastic entertainer."

Yes, we had a great wedding and honeymoon thank you. Russell was absolutely brilliant and got lots of very positive comments on the day. He had to keep moving around which wasn't ideal for him but he did it without any complaints and got on with his fabulous singing which entertained everyone brilliantly. He was a wonderful addition to our wedding (one of the highlights in fact) and I'd recommend him to anyone without a moment's hesitation. Thanks again for your help

" I just wanted to say that Russell Shaun was absolutely fantastic. Everybody at the wedding loved them, young and old, and very nearly everybody danced! They are extremely talented and were absolutely superb. They were also extremely helpful, allowing a couple of singers to get up and perform with them, calling me in advance to check the play list and timings etc. They really helped our day to be absolutely fantastic and we have recommended them and Alive Network to several people since.
Also, Gemma was extremely helpful and we felt totally confident with everything from day one.
