Mark Reeve is an experienced caricaturist/cartoonist of some years standing.
Most recently he designed all the characters for the ITV series ‘Headcases’ (2008). Also he drew and sculpted for the last couple of series of ‘Spitting Image’.
Mark has worked for most of the national press, including two and a half years as political cartoonist on the Mail On Sunday. He was awarded the Gillray Cup by the Political cartoon Society 2004.
Your Event
As regards his ‘live’ caricatures:
1. Mark draws fairly finished images in around 5 minutes. He doesn't do do ‘felt tip squiggles’.
2. He can make the image ‘cartoony’ or portrait-like depending upon individual preferences.
3. Colour or black and white options (obviously colour takes a bit longer).
4. … they do actually look like the people they are supposed to!

"I was really happy with the service I received from Clare Kimble at Alive Network and Mark Reeve. I enquired on the website and was shortly called back by Clare who went out of her way to ask Mark specific questions from me and to make sure that I was happy. She then sent through a contract and confirmation very quickly which was very reassuring after I paid over the phone.
Mark contacted me prior to the event which was again really reassuring and was in contact with me on the actual day. Mark was brilliant and a very nice, talented guy, it was great having something different at our staff Christmas party. Very happy with everything, would definitely recommend!!
Oh and Mark needs to be paid as much as magicians as he’s just as good!!! Characaturists are under appreciated!!

"We wanted to do something in the evening that would entertain our guests but not cost a fortune and fit in with the environment and guests. There were so many options to choose from that the easy of use of the Alive Network website made it simple - type of entertainment and pricing clearly listed.

Just a quick email to say how happy we were with Mark. He was absolutely brilliant. Everyone who was sketched was thrilled to have a characature to take home and most of them were absolutely delighted, apart from my mum who thought hers made her look really old (she is 92).
