What Have They Done Before?
Since 2006 Live Wires have performed for a number of high profile corporate clients including Ocado, BAE Systems, Argos, Stoke City, Spire Health Care, Urban Splash, Abbott Laboratories and PepsiCo.

Every year they also perform at 80+ weddings, private parties and are a big hit with Army and RAF events so are well versed in filling dance floors and entertaining audiences.

Before Live Wires, John (vocals), Matt (guitar), Jonny (bass) and Pete (drums) performed together in a variety of bands. From original bands with various successes including performing to audiences of 8000+ to function bands taking them to the far reaches of the UK and beyond, Live Wires are highly experienced, highly professional and experts at making your night one to remember.

What Sort of Music Do They Play?
Live Wires varied set list caters for all ages and includes a mixture of 60's, 70's, indie and modern songs by The Beatles, Commitments, Kings Of Leon, Oasis, The Rolling Stones, Andy Williams and many more! You can be absolutely sure that guests of all ages will be up dancing and singing all night.

What will the band look like?
The band can tailor their look to suit your needs on the night. For corporate events they can dress formally, suited and booted, and for less formal events they can dress more casually if you prefer. Just specify to your agent what your requirements are and Live Wires will meet your needs.

Your Event
Live Wires are able to provide a variety of music through the night. From an acoustic set ideal for afternoon drinks or during a meal to a separate DJ who will perform between the band’s live sets meaning your party atmosphere does not have to stop.

Live Wires energetic live sets are flexible and can be performed as 2 x 45 minute sets, 3 x 40 minute sets or 2 x 60 minute sets. They can also provide any type of music on CD before and between sets including chilled out, modern funk, swing, soul and jazz.

Live Wires are a four piece band and preferably need a stage space of 5 x 4 metres but will accommodate whatever space is available. They are very adaptable to a range of room types and always adjust volume levels to suit your requirements.

Superior equipment
Live Wires use a 3000 watt full range 16 channel PA system at all performances. Live Wires provide a complete full stage and dance floor lighting show including a smoke machine, 8 x par 64 cans & controller, 2 x multi coloured additional lights.

Live Wires audio and musical equipment is high end, boutique and professional quality including Rivera, Bogner and Mesa Boogie amps, Fender, Gibson and JamesTyler guitars, TC Electronics, Yamaha & Lexicon rack gear.

Acoustic Set (see booking options for more details)
Live Wires can perform up to 2 x 30 minute sets of acoustic music, perfect for afternoon performances, drinks receptions or dinner entertainment.

The acoustic sessions include 2 acoustic guitars, percussion & 3 part-harmonies and you can expect stripped-back, 'live lounge' style versions of Use Somebody by Kings Of Leon, Zephyr Song by Red Hot Chilli Peppers and much more!
