Johnny Stephens perfectly captures the wonderful music from the great era of Swing! Recreating the sounds of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. through to contemporary Jazz singers such as Michael Buble, Johnny has the Crooners covered in his authentic, entertaining show!
Johnny is also an accomplished pianist if piano/vocals are your preferred option. Previous Experience Johnny has been in the music business since leaving school performing in various bands and as a solo pianist/singer. He began playing piano in hotels from the age of 18 and spent 2 years working as a musician aboard cruise ships.
Since then Johnny has formed a successful wedding band and Jazz trio and has been working with Alive Network since 2006.
Your Event Johnny sings to high quality, authentic sounding backing tracks which recreate the sound of great Big Band arrangers such as Nelson Riddle and Billy May.
However, if you prefer all live musicians, Johnny can also perform within his Jazz trio for a small extra fee! Please see booking options or speak to an Alive Network booking agent for more details.
Johnny has plenty of ballads up his sleeve if you require softer music for your dinner or drinks reception but will also gladly belt out all the classics such as New York, New York, Under my Skin and My Way to compliment your party and encourage your guests to Swing along!
