"I booked Jazz A La Mode through Alive Network because I particularly loved the singer’s voice and the style of Jazz they play.
The process of booking was easy and Clare at Alive Network and Jazz a la Mode were both very accommodating when I had to make changes.
I couldn’t have wished for a more successful 40th birthday party and I put a lot of this down to Jazz a la Mode’s excellent performance on the night. Everyone thought they were fantastic and it set the mood for the night. They were absolutely lovely and I didn’t want them to stop playing. I would recommend them to anyone looking to book a jazz band for a party."

Jazz A La Mode's lead singer Gabrielle was born in Belgium where grew up in a musical environment and was coached by many of the leading Belgian and French vocal teachers.
Gabrielle became a household name in France when in 2003 she reached the final of French "Pop Idol" and went on to shoot a video record a single and an album with BMG France that went double gold. During the subsequent tour she sang to audiences of up to 50000.
Gabrielle also worked with Lara Fabian on her international tour in 2005.
Jazz A La Mode is now an established name in London performing in a variety of styles including Jazz, Latin, Pop, Soul and French songs. Album released last august with MGP Records and just finishing a Uk Spring Tour. Recent engagements include top London nightspots including the Pizza Express Jazz Club, Savoy, Hideaway, Southbank Center, 100 Club, Cafe de Paris, Vortex Jazz Bar, 606 club, Bulls Head-Barnes, the Crockfords casino, etc. She completed the Postgraduate Jazz course at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in 2009.

"Alive Network were prompt and very easy to deal with and enabled us to make the perfect choice of artist for our 25th Wedding Anniversary party.
We chose Jazz A La Mode because of the samples on the web site. She was exactly as portrayed: she looked lovely and sang beautifully. We particularly liked the tone of her voice and her French accent which gave all the songs an exotic flavour! She was very versatile and had an excellent backing group.
Jazz A La Mode fitted in with our requirements at the party and everyone, bar none, enjoyed the music.
We had hired a boat on the Thames and although it didn't rain, there was rather more cold wind than anyone had anticipated. Gabrielle sang and her band played with feeling and enthusiasm throughout despite being frozen to death!
To exemplify how delighted we were with her, we insisted that she be included in our final group photograph."

"Having never used Alive Network before, we were slightly apprehensive about what to expect with regards to the standard of artist and organisation. Having now used them, I can honestly recommend them without any hesitation.
The organiser (Rebecca) made sure everything was in place before the event and the artists Jazz A La Mode and Simon Si, were of a very high standard both professionally in their approach and skilled in their respective performances.
The evening was perfect and without exception every guest commented positively on what a high standard the artists were. Thank you for making, what was a special celebration for us, a night to remember."
