"I booked Gabrielle Ghray through Alive Network because I particularly loved the singer’s voice and the style of Jazz they play.
The process of booking was easy and Clare at Alive Network and Gabrielle Ghray were both very accommodating when I had to make changes.
I couldn’t have wished for a more successful 40th birthday party and I put a lot of this down to Gabrielle Ghray’s excellent performance on the night. Everyone thought they were fantastic and it set the mood for the night. They were absolutely lovely and I didn’t want them to stop playing. I would recommend them to anyone looking to book a jazz band for a party."

Born in Belgium Gabrielle grew up in a musical environment and was coached by many of the leading Belgian and French vocal teachers.
Gabrielle became a household name in France when in 2003 she reached the final of French "Pop Idol" and went on to shoot a video record a single and an album with BMG France that went double gold. During the subsequent tour she sang to audiences of up to 50000.
Gabrielle is also a songwriter and was selected by the Cultural Department of Belgium for a composition project which led to the release of a further CD. In 2005 she stood in for the pop star Lara Fabian on her international tour. She also sang backing vocals in many bands and is a member of vocal harmony groups.
Gabrielle is now an established name in London performing in a variety of styles including Jazz, Latin, Pop, Soul and French songs. Recent engagements include top London nightspots including the Savoy, 100 Club, Cafe de Paris, Vortex Jazz Bar, 606 club, Bulls Head-Barnes, the Grosvenor, the Crockfords, etc. She completed the Postgraduate Jazz course at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in 2009.

"I had high expectations from the clips we heard on the website and Gabrielle really lived up to them. We had lots of great feedback from the guests. She has a brilliant voice and performed very well for us, really making a great atmosphere for our drinks reception.

"Alive Network were prompt and very easy to deal with and enabled us to make the perfect choice of artist for our 25th Wedding Anniversary party.
We chose Gabrielle because of the samples on the web site. She was exactly as portrayed: she looked lovely and sang beautifully. We particularly liked the tone of her voice and her French accent which gave all the songs an exotic flavour! She was very versatile and had an excellent backing group.
Gabrielle fitted in with our requirements at the party and everyone, bar none, enjoyed the music.
We had hired a boat on the Thames and although it didn't rain, there was rather more cold wind than anyone had anticipated. Gabrielle sang and her band played with feeling and enthusiasm throughout despite being frozen to death!
To exemplify how delighted we were with her, we insisted that she be included in our final group photograph."

"Having never used Alive Network before, we were slightly apprehensive about what to expect with regards to the standard of artist and organisation. Having now used them, I can honestly recommend them without any hesitation.
The organiser (Rebecca) made sure everything was in place before the event and the artists Gabrielle Ghray and Simon Si, were of a very high standard both professionally in their approach and skilled in their respective performances.
The evening was perfect and without exception every guest commented positively on what a high standard the artists were. Thank you for making, what was a special celebration for us, a night to remember."
