"Iain was fantastic at my Aunty's surprise Birthday Party last weekend!
She is a big Roy Orbison fan and was delighted with Iain's rendition of Mr O's big numbers. In his second session, Iain demonstrated his range of talents performing the works of a number of artists including Carlos Santana (Black Magic Woman) and Mick Hucknell's "Holding back the Years" as well as some of his own writing (which was brilliant).
Iain was a delight to have at our party, a great entertainer, a superlative performer and a lovely guy. I can't recommend him highly enough.

The Best Roy Orbison Tribute He has toured Australia Canada Europe and the Middle East and with starring Regional and West End Theatre credits, he is world renowned as probably the best Roy Orbison tribute today. Absolute Legends Tribute Show played the legend in 'The Concert they Never Gave' on several UK theatre tour for E&B productions (producers of 'Buddy' in the West End) and in 2005 he headlined on a massive outdoor show in Perth, Australia, backed by a 20 piece orchestra & supported by Pepsi's Voice of Elvis, Johnny Earle. He performed 10 times at the Albert Hall and on TV for Barry Manilow & at the '95 Brit Awards for Sting as a backing vocalist. He has had 2 top 20 hits in the EMS Euro chart with his own material, beating off competition from top US stars including American star Travis Tritt.
Van Morrison Incredibly, he is also Europe's premiere Van Morrison Tribute; so much so he is endorsed by the Van Morrison Fan Club! He uncannily reproduces the blues/soul/jazz performance of Van both visually & vocally and he's performed extensively in this role all over the world. Absolute Legends Tribute Show started out singing in a Gospel Outfit doing vocals for Sting and Barry Manilow & this makes him the genuine article when it comes to the Soul/ RnB style of Van. Just a quick note ( as I am bit 'tired and emotional' today!) to say how much we enjoyed the entertainment provided by Absolute Legends Tribute Show. The sets that he did, including his new Simply Red material, were really fabulous and greatly appreciated by all our friends.
The great thing for me was how flexible he was and very friendly and accommodating. He also took lots of photos for us and even allowed some of our party to sing using his equipment. They were perfect for our evening and had our friends up and dancing for most of the time.
If I can give them some positive publicity, please let me know and I'll do a review for you to use.
I found your company very easy to work with and would not hesitate giving you very positive reviews.

"Absolute Legends Tribute Show's transformation from Roy Orbison to Meat Loaf certainly made a few mouths drop in surprise. His Simply Red rendition was very authentic and most enjoyable particularly for anyone that is a Simply Red fan.
The feedback from people concerning all the acts was very positive and I would say without fear of contradiction was enjoyed by the majority."

"Absolute Legends Tribute Show morphed into the Big ‘O’ for his first set, and the resemblance was creepily close. I guess most of us were on the edges of our seats wondering if he was going to reach that first high note in his opener “Only The Lonely, and this he did with ease to good applause, at that point we settled down knowing the rest of the performance would be class.
The 15 Orbison numbers sung that night included one of his last recordings with the Travelling Wilbury’s “You’re Not Alone Anymore,” but it was “Mean Woman Blues” with live harmonica which got the dancers to the floor. “Pretty Woman” had the audience hand-clapping and a yelpin’, but I was curious as to how he was going to handle “Crying” - another excellent version of an Orby classic and he actually played his guitar, not mimed as some tributes annoyingly do.
Interestingly he mixed up the evening with some soul material, OK, not UK Rock fodder, but his treatment of some Ben E. King and Temptations material shows how diverse this Roy Orbison is. A very entertaining evening with a warm bond between the audience and entertainer.

Your performance as Roy Orbison was incredible and we were delighted that you performed some songs as yourself as well.
Thank you for the attachments, mum also told me yesterday that you are going to be appearing at a theatre in Kent soon so we are looking forward to seeing you again there....she is enquiring about tickets this week!
