The band arrived on time, set up promptly with minimal fuss and before we knew it, they had the dance floor filled.

They cover the best of British Ska, Rock and Pop of the New Wave/ Post Punk era including Madness, The Specials, The Beat, Dexy's Midnight Runners, The Jam and the Style Council.
The band have a large repertoire and are used to playing varied styles to cover all occasions. Based in Stoke on Trent, the band are experienced ex-professional musicians and have worked both individually and collectively in the UK and abroad, touring, playing corporate functions and residency slots.

Your Event The band is fully self contained, with PA, lights and truck and can also provide a rock and pop Disco and/or background music of the same genre between sets.

"AKA 2 Tones were wonderfully professional and well-presented.
They made my party exactly what I had pictured it to be in my mind. They were fantastic, and had everyone up dancing. Without exception everybody commented on how good they were, I would certainly book AKA 2 Tones again!"

"Hi Clare,
I just wanted to let you know how fantastic AKA 2 Tones were on Saturday night. Hank was really well organised and called me on several occasions before the event, as well as liaising with our DJ to ensure the night ran smoothly. The sets were perfect, everyone commented on how great the band was.
Please let the guys know that we were very impressed with their performance and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Band were fantastic. Really professional but friendly too. Good interaction with me and my guests. They were on time, well prepared, looked great and the music was fantastic. They seemed to be enjoying themselves as much as we were. I didn't stop dancing all night.

"The night was absolutely perfect - this was by all means finished off by an amazing and faultless performance by AKA 2 Tones. They were fantastic and I will be looking to recommend them to anyone I meet.
The set list was perfect - their interaction with the crowd was perfect and they were even kind enough to let me join in for a song on the guitar!!
Thanks again. Will be looking to book them again for my 40th!
